Hi, I'm Sarah

your holistic nurse coach.

I’m a nurse, wellness coach, wife, mom, and someone who understands firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate chronic symptoms while still trying to fully show up for life.

After years of personal and professional experience in health and wellness, I created Ponderosa Functional Health to offer a more supportive, compassionate, and personalized space for people who feel overlooked, dismissed, exhausted, or stuck.

My goal is not perfection or quick fixes — it’s helping people feel more connected to their bodies, more informed about their health, and more hopeful about the path forward.
